Life Sciences Intern

Responsibilities

  • Work to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners to expand KNODE’s footprint

  • Review biomedical terms and taxonomy;  inspect researcher profiles for accuracy and consistency

  • Assist in preparation of materials and presentations for strategic partners, academic organizations, and investors

  • Help manage contact databases, attend conferences/networking events, and participate in client conference calls.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree;  preferably in life sciences, business, economics, or marketing

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program  (MBA, Ph.D. or MD)

  • 3+ years of experience in the life sciences/biomedical industry;  software or social media domain experience desireable

  • Strong verbal communications skills and ability to excel in a fast-paced, lean start-up environment

  • Ability to work independently with confidence, coupled to a team-player attitude and openness

ProductManagement Internship

Job summary

Looking for an intern to join us in Westford, MA. In this role, you will work as part of a cross-functional team bringing new Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) releases successfully to market. You'll also define and write product requirements, as well as work on a release-specific documentation guide. This is a great opportunity to learn about open source technology and the future of the software business.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or graduate degree, preferably in a technical field like computer science or electrical engineering

  • Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university or graduating no sooner than December 2015
